How to Install "Wave The Future" Controller

Follow this simple connection guide to automate your water system.

1. Power & Motor Connections (Back Panel)

Our controller requires simple 3-wire logic for power and motor control:

Terminal

Connection

AC (Live)

Connect to Main Power Supply (Phase).

AC (Neutral)

Connect to Main Power Supply (Neutral) AND directly to one wire of the Motor.

Motor Out

Connect to the remaining wire of the Motor.

Note: Always ensure the main power is OFF before starting the installation.

2. Sensor Connections (Tank Logic)

Place the three sensors inside your water tank at different levels to ensure accurate automation:

• Top Sensor: Placed at the highest level (Overflow point). When water touches this, the motor turns OFF.

• Middle Sensor: Placed at the required level. When water drops below this, the motor turns ON automatically.

• Bottom Sensor: Placed at the very bottom of the tank (Common ground/Reference sensor).

3. How the System Works (Logic Flow)

1. Automatic Start: When the water level in your tank drops below the Middle Sensor, the controller detects the gap and sends an ON signal to your motor.

2. Continuous Fill: The motor stays ON while the water rises.

3. Automatic Stop: As soon as the water touches the Top Sensor, the controller sends an OFF signal, preventing any overflow.

4. Safety First: The system relies on the Bottom Sensor as a reference point to ensure the sensors work accurately even when the tank is empty.

• Sensor Cleaning: Periodically clean the sensors to remove mineral deposits and ensure reliable contact.

• Safety: Ensure all wire joints are properly insulated.
