1. 1-Year Replacement Guarantee / 1 साल की रिप्लेसमेंट गारंटी

 * English: We offer a 1-Year (365 Days) Replacement Guarantee on our Automatic Tank Controller main unit from the date of purchase. If any internal manufacturing defect or internal technical fault occurs during this period, the unit will be replaced.

 * हिंदी: हम खरीद की तारीख से 1 वर्ष (365 दिन) की रिप्लेसमेंट गारंटी प्रदान करते हैं। इस अवधि के दौरान यदि डिवाइस में कोई आंतरिक निर्माण दोष (Manufacturing Defect) या आंतरिक तकनीकी खराबी आती है, तो डिवाइस को नया बदल (Replace) दिया जाएगा।

2. 7-Day Money-Back Policy & Refund Processing / 7 दिनों की मनी-बैक नीति और रिफंड प्रक्रिया

 * English:

   * Returns Timeline & Eligibility: Customers can claim a refund within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the main controller unit and all in-box accessories must be returned in their original packaging and undamaged condition.

   * Proof of Purchase: An official purchase invoice/bill is mandatory to claim any refund or guarantee.

   * Refund Processing Time: Once the returned product is received and inspected at our facility, the refund will be processed to the customer's original payment method or bank account within 5 to 15 working days.

   * In-Box Items Only: The 100% refund applies strictly to the original product box contents supplied by Wave The Future. Third-party fittings or additional items purchased separately (such as external sensor wires) are non-refundable.

 * हिंदी:

   * रिटर्न की समय-सीमा और पात्रता: डिलीवरी की तारीख से 7 दिनों के भीतर ग्राहक रिफंड का दावा कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए मूल कंट्रोलर यूनिट और इन-बॉक्स सामग्री का सुरक्षित स्थिति में होना अनिवार्य है।

   * खरीद का प्रमाण (Invoice Mandatory): किसी भी रिफंड या गारंटी क्लेम के लिए आधिकारिक बिल/इनवॉइस दिखाना अनिवार्य है।

   * रिफंड प्रोसेसिंग समय: उत्पाद हमारे सर्विस सेंटर पहुँचने और निरीक्षण (Inspection) पूरा होने के बाद, रिफंड राशि 5 से 15 कार्यदिवसों (Working Days) के भीतर आपके मूल भुगतान माध्यम या बैंक खाते में भेज दी जाएगी।

   * केवल इन-बॉक्स सामग्री पर लागू: रिफंड केवल Wave The Future द्वारा भेजे गए मुख्य इन-बॉक्स पैकेज पर लागू होता है। अलग से खरीदी गई बाहरी सामग्री (जैसे बाहरी सेंसर वायर) रिफंड पैकेज में शामिल नहीं है।

3. Exclusions (Warranty & Refund Void Cases) / वारंटी और क्लेम कब मान्य नहीं होगा?

 * English: The Guarantee and Money-Back Policy will be VOID / INVALID under the following conditions:

   * Physical Damage: Any breakage, cracking, falling, or external physical harm.

   * Incorrect Wiring & Short Circuit: Damage caused by wrong connections, improper installation by a technician/user, or short-circuiting.

   * High Voltage & Lightning Surge: Circuit burnout due to extreme power fluctuations, voltage surges, or lightning strikes.

   * Water & Liquid Damage: Water, moisture, seepage, or liquid entry inside the controller box.

   * Tampering & Unauthorized Repair: Broken warranty seal or any repair/opening attempt by non-authorized mechanics.

 * हिंदी: निम्नलिखित परिस्थितियों में रिप्लेसमेंट गारंटी एवं मनी-बैक नीति अमान्य (Void) मानी जाएगी:

   * भौतिक क्षति (Physical Damage): डिवाइस का टूटना, फूटना, गिरना या बाहरी क्षति।

   * गलत वायरिंग / शॉर्ट सर्किट: गलत कनेक्शन (Incorrect Wiring), अकुशल तकनीशियन द्वारा इंस्टॉलेशन या लापरवाही से हुआ शॉर्ट-सर्किट।

   * हाई वोल्टेज एवं बिजली चमकना: अत्यधिक वोल्टेज उतार-चढ़ाव (Power Surge) या आसमानी बिजली से आंतरिक सर्किट का जलना।

   * वाटर डैमेज (Water Damage): कंट्रोलर बॉक्स के अंदर पानी, नमी या किसी तरल पदार्थ का प्रवेश होना।

   * छेड़छाड़ (Tampering): वारंटी सील का टूटना या किसी बाहरी व्यक्ति द्वारा डिवाइस खोलने/रिपेयर करने का प्रयास करना।

4. Limitation of Liability / दायित्व की सीमा

 * English: Wave The Future is solely responsible for the functionality and replacement of its Automatic Tank Controller unit. The company accepts no liability for any indirect damages, including but not limited to motor damage (due to phase failure/voltage fluctuation/dry run), plumbing leaks, or water overflow.

 * हिंदी: Wave The Future केवल अपने ऑटोमैटिक टैंक कंट्रोलर उत्पाद की कार्यप्रणाली और रिप्लेसमेंट के लिए उत्तरदायी है। बाहरी विद्युत समस्याओं, वोल्टेज फ्लक्चुएशन, मोटर की आंतरिक खराबी या गलत उपयोग से होने वाले किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष नुकसान (जैसे मोटर, प्लंबिंग या ओवरफ्लो क्षति) के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।

5. Online Complaint Process & Ticket Tracking / ऑनलाइन क्लेम और शिकायत प्रक्रिया

 * English:

   * Submit Claim: Register complaints online at: 🔗 Raise a Claim / Complaint Here (Must upload purchase invoice & short video/photo of the fault).

   * Mandatory Ticket Number: Upon successful submission, a unique Complaint/Ticket ID will be generated. Customers MUST keep this Ticket ID safe for all future status tracking.

   * Courier Charges: Shipping costs for returning the defective unit to our facility are to be paid by the customer. After verification, the replaced unit will be shipped back with zero additional delivery fee.

 * हिंदी:

   * शिकायत दर्ज करें: ऑनलाइन सपोर्ट लिंक पर जाकर क्लेम दर्ज करें: 🔗 यहाँ क्लेम / शिकायत दर्ज करें (Raise Claim) (यहाँ अपना बिल और समस्या का फोटो/वीडियो अपलोड करें)।

   * कम्प्लेंट / टिकट नंबर अनिवार्य: फॉर्म जमा करने के बाद आपको एक यूनिक Complaint / Ticket Number मिलेगा। आगे की किसी भी जानकारी या स्टेटस ट्रैक करने के लिए इस टिकट नंबर को संभाल कर रखना अनिवार्य है।

   * कूरियर खर्च: डिवाइस को हमारे सर्विस सेंटर तक भेजने का कूरियर खर्च ग्राहक का होगा। जांच एवं रिप्लेसमेंट के बाद नया/रिप्लेस किया गया प्रोडक्ट बिना किसी अतिरिक्त शिपिंग चार्ज के आपके पते पर भेज दिया जाएगा।

6. Right to Modify Terms / नियमों में संशोधन का अधिकार

 * English: Wave The Future reserves the right to update, modify, or change any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will become effective immediately upon posting on the website.

 * हिंदी: Wave The Future के पास बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के किसी भी समय इन नियमों और शर्तों को अद्यतन (Update), संशोधित (Modify) या बदलने का पूर्ण अधिकार सुरक्षित है। वेबसाइट पर पोस्ट होते ही नए नियम तुरंत प्रभावी माने जाएंगे।
